Made from two pairs of second-hand, tired and damaged woollen suit pants, these relaxed shorts are the perfect example of Coreprêt's signature up-cycling style.
Intended to suit all bodies, these shorts can be worn extra oversized or slightly tailored. Made in house at the Coreprêt studio, every single pair is different, all are one of a kind and based off the trousers we find locally around Melbourne. Pocket finishes may vary depending on the material capacity, with minimal cutting floor scraps left over (which are collected and stored, ready for the next transformation)
We're also offering 10% off the marked price if you provide your own suit pants for deconstruction, allowing you the owner to have creative control and also reducing our need to source - a very symbiotic pairing. Simply get in touch by emailing us at info@corepret.com
A relaxed oversized fit, these shorts can traverse multiple sizes in one. Size range includes;
Small; Fits a size 6-10
Medium; Fits a size 10-14
Large; Fits a size 14-18

- Made from second hand woollen suit pants. Predominantly wool, each pair is different so please refer to the individual care label on each piece
- Lining is 100% Viscose. Designer surplus, sourced through Wall Fabrics, Melbourne
- Elastic is made from 65% GOTS Cotton (Turkey) and 35% Natural Latex Tree Rubber (Malaysia). It is certified Oeko-Tex 100 and supplied by Charle Haberdashery, Germany
- Coreprêt designer labels are made from 100% rPet (recycled plastic) and our care labels are made from 100% cotton. Both are designed and produced by Avery Dennison, China
- Coreprêt size tabs are made from 100% GOTS certified Organic Cotton, sourced and produced by Britannia, India.
Care
We recommend dry clean only or hand wash for spot cleaning
Do not bleach and avoid harsh chemicals
Wool is unique in that it does not need frequent washing, consider brushing the surface to remove any residual dirt.
Naturally freshen up your garment by hanging it in a well ventilated space out of direct sunlight to avoid over washing and apply steam
Please seek eco-friendly providers where possible such as Laundry Box, a Melbourne based, chemical free dry cleaner
We are pleased to offer a flat rate of $10AUD for Standard Shipping within Australia/New Zealand with our carbon neutral sender, Sendle. Delivery timeframe is 4-6 working days from date of dispatch. For International orders, a flat rate of $30AUD for Standard Shipping applies, with a delivery timeframe of 6-14 working days from date of dispatch.
All orders are packed and shipped in 100% home compostable mailers (including the sticker) and wrapped in FSC certified tissue paper that uses soy based ink on all printed material.
