Shipping
We will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible. Please note that the delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing time or any current postal delays due to Covid-19.
AUS/NZ
We are pleased to offer a flat rate of $10AUD for Standard Shipping within Australia/New Zealand, with a delivery timeframe of 4-6 working days.
Rest of the world
We are pleased to offer a flat rate of $30AUD for Standard Shipping to the rest of the world, with a delivery timeframe of 6-14 working days. When you make a purchase with Coreprêt outside of Australia you are liable for all import duties and taxes on your order.

If you require your order ASAP, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will ship your order EXPRESS
Process and Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number. We are partnered with Sendle, a certified B-Corp and carbon neutral delivery service that works within standard business hours. Please ensure that when you fill out your order you put a secure, physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a confirmation which will include a link to your tracking page. Please note that delivery timeframes are an estimate and do not take into account processing times and transit delays.
Please ensure the address entered in your order is correct. Coreprêt cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. Let us know if your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame and we will endeavour to help locate your parcel.

Returns
If you would like to return an item for any reason, please email info@corepret.com within 7 days of receiving your Coreprêt online order.
All postal costs for returned goods are payable by the customer and will be reimbursed by Coreprêt once the stock has been returned safely.
Once returned items have been received they will undergo quality review and when cleared, you will either be sent your new items (for exchange) and refunded the outstanding amount if items differ in price, or refunded the full amount (excluding postage cost) to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Returns Policy
- All items must be returned in original condition to secure a full refund.
- We are unable to accept returns of used or customer damaged goods or worn or washed items. If we receive a return that does not meet our return standards, we will not process your return.
- Any item that is returned without prior communication will not be processed.
- The responsibility of your return lies with you until Coreprêt receives it. We recommend you use a tracked package to prevent any unnecessary damage to the parcel.
